A lot of times, people complain about ISIS and they listen to policies. However, most of the policies are not very effective. A few are decent, such as immigration control, Treason for Westerners who help them, and a few more. I also like my idea: Put polygraph stations in the desert and test locals where they live, if they lie, you can impose serious consequences. Some Critics claim that they are not accurate and the solution is to give $10 million to a University to make the technology better. However, there is another solution, get all your energy from Renewables and Nuclear.
The ISIS people get a big chunk of their money from oil, and if you don't buy their oil, they can't use that money to get weapons. Policies that ban their oil are not very effective because you cannot know whether your Oil is ISIS oil or if the person who runs the well gives money to ISIS. A more effective proposal at shutting down ISIS FOREVER, would be to run all the cars off bio fuel or electricity and replace Nuclear Plants with Oil plants. Ultimately, if big continents like the U.S, Europe, and others had a policy, you can tackle climate change and ISIS simultaneously.
