The Origin of Life part 2 - The Earth

COMING SOON

The Origin of Life Part 1 - Big Bang

Image result for universe timeline

The Universe is 13.73 +/- 0.12 Billion Years.

This was calculated like this:

We know that all matter and including galaxies originated from the time of the big bang. We find the oldest star clusters and galaxies that exist and measure their ages.

This is fairly accurate because the first stars formed only a few hundred years after the big bang. So we can pin point the age of the universe to 99% since a millions of years is nothing compared to a few billion years.

Scientists found the age of the star clusters by measuring their distance away from an object. Since we know that light travels at 186,000 miles per second. And that D=RT, thus solving for time would yield the age of the star clusters or the approximate age of the universe. It was found to be 13.3 billion years.

What is the Big Bang and Universe Expansion ?

Well first, many people think the Big Bang was an explosion. Not quite, it is an expansion: this should clarify.

While many people believe that the big bang theory refers to an explosion, it actually refers to the expansion of the universe.

The Big Bang was when all matter/energy was compressed in a space of 0 volume and thus, was really, really, heavy. It was also really hot, as mentioned and thus had infinite density. Since density is mass/volume and it's volume was 0 and mass extreme thus 100000000000000/0 is infinity.

It was so hot, that matter couldn't form. For instance, atoms would just instantly break apart into soup. However, as it expanded it cooled down. This is because the temperature was distributed over a larger volume and since temperatures is defined as when particles bump into each other. And particles don't bump into each other as much if the universe expands.

As the universe expanded and cooled down. Atoms formed, and gravity pulled them together. And over billions of years, stars, planets and asteroids formed as mass started getting attracted to each other by gravity. For instance, Earth was formed from dust and gas that clumped together.

As a result of the big bang. Electromagnetism, Weak and Strong Nuclear Force, and Gravity formed. Before, all these forces were unified. Physicist's are still trying to figure out exactly what this unified force was or how electromagnetism and gravity are related.

OVERPOPULATION: Going Deep part 1

Image result for overpopulation cartoon

Graph Notes: On the graph: at x=0, the year is 2000 and at x=300, the year is 2300. The y axis represents population of the world in billions.

This Graph represents an example of  population growth. See, the world population grew at 1.13% in 2016. Sounds small, but over time, it can get really, really massive. So, I made an exponential function (above)  that stated if the world population grew constantly at 1.13% each year, indefinitely, this graph would depict our population. At just 2300, only 300 years: the population would go from about 6 billion to 300 billion. This would never occur because A: the World population does not stay constant for ever at 1.13% each year, it fluctuates and B: With this population, we would have reached our carrying capacity before we even reached the 20 billion mark.

-This is the jist of population growth.

And below is a graph if our population grew at 1 thousands of a percent each year. Even if our population grew that small, we would have a population of 1 Trillion in about 5000 years. (see graph below) So even a population growth rate of 1/1000 % is serious because it eventually could be catastrophic. The earth is 4.53 billion years old. Happy Birthday Earth! :) and 5000 years is nothing in comparison.

We need as a planet, to come up with our population limit, let's say: 8 Billion and then once our population reaches that magic number, we force 0% population growth. We can't let it even rise a fraction.

-Now, lets talk about Population in the short term, in our current society. The graphs above are to give you some background and awareness. Please like those epic cartoons I found of the web. No. I did not make them, but they should be as awesome as this info.

Image result for world population growth 2100

This is what the UN masters of statistics predicted. The graphs above were my 20 minute things. They did their research and found depending on certain population growth rates. Our growth. Being that the third world countries are developing, a that we are too timid to propose sanctions and deal with overpopulation seriously, (look at our crappy efforts to stop climate change), I would not be surprised that we might have a population of 16 billion in just 80 years from now. Our current population is around 7.5 billion, FYI.

What are the affects of overpopulation ?

-There is a limited amount of food that can be grown without deforestating everything. There is a limited amount of land that can be inhabited by humans without pollution and biodiversity issues and others. There simply isn't even enough resources to accommodate 16 billion without destroying our wilderness and polluting the land. Also, we tend to fight a lot. A resource shortage caused by overpopulation could lead to war and the world has thousands of nuclear weapons.  Until, we can be so technologically advanced that we can ship out excess population to Mars and other planets, overpopulation is going to be a real problem.

What are the affects of overpopulation morally ?

-A sustainable Ideology should treat Humans and Animals with equal respect. Monkeys share 99% of our DNA.... Humans evolved from small rat like insectivores and in only 160 million years evolution happened and bam! Humans existed. We are more related than you think. I will save this topic for a later post. Case in point: Overpopulation is a disrespect to the wilderness and the animals. They deserve a highly decent place to live too.

Trump's plan on Overpopulation: None and even help overpopulation grow out of control.
Everyone else's plan on Overpopulation: None
China's plan: "I think we have winner"

-Trump said he wanted to defund planned parent hood and even punish people who have abortions.
-Trump fails to recognize everything I've mentioned above and many Republicans too.
-Democrats are too afraid to even say it's a real thing because it's too controversial.
-However, of all governments. China has got it right. They realized that their population growth rate was unsustainable and issued a 1 child policy which would split their population in half quickly. However, it was too controversial and they issued a 2 child policy which is 0 population growth. Amazing ! This is the solution to overpopulation.

Trump's Carrier Deal.

Image result for carrier air and trump'

Trump's Carrier Deal. Earth to Media.

Facts:

*Trump saved 1000 Carrier Jobs.
*Trump did not save other 1,300 jobs that will be outsourced to Mexico.
*Trump had convinced Indiana State to give them $7 million in tax breaks in return for saving the jobs.
* Carrier is still going to close a different plant in Indiana.

Is Trump's deal good or bad ?

-Media thinks his deal is bad.
-Methinks Media is mistaken.

Pros:

* The saved jobs will help workers Socially and Financially. The State of Indiana gains at least $ 1 million in the deal each year during the 10 year period of the tax break . (1.65 mil - 0.7 mil + misc growth) and after the ten year period they will be gaining AT THE BARE MINIMUM $ 1.65 million. (1.65 mil +  misc growth). Misc growth is defined as the saved workers buying food and goods, not using welfare, contributing to economy etc.

-Although some complain about the 7 million tax cut over 10 years. Let's break it down. The public looses 700,000 / year over 10 years. However, $ 50,000 income of worker x 1000 saved jobs x 3.3% state tax of Indiana EQUALS 1.65 million dollars. Thus, the state saves money because they loose 0.7 million and gain 1.65 million each year. Not to mention the saved workers won't be sucking up unemployment and depriving the Federal Gov't of Income Tax. (Income Tax on unemployment is not much compared to Income tax on Salary). Also, the saved workers will buy stuff from stores an benefit the Economy. TRUMPS DEAL WAS EFFECTIVE. The only looser in the deal was the Environment because of the plants co2 emissions :( but hopefully Nuclear makes a comeback.

Cons and my refutes:

* It may create a future "ransom like system." For instance, a company could threaten that they will outsource jobs (regardless if they actually want to) and demand tax breaks or else they will be outsourced.

-However, it may not occur because the Company would likely suffer a bad reputation for doing such and that will hurt them economically because their products might be 'boycotted" in a way.

*You will be paying for the tax cuts. There is no such thing as the word: "Free".

- True. But, See pro statement number 1.

* It is against a Capitalist Ideal.

-True, but we don't have a good economy. Our current economy is not a true Capitalist Economy. Sometimes, you can't always go by the "book".

What Trumps win will mean for the Environment.

Image result for trump digs coal

The Top issues for the United States CURRENTLY would be:

1): Nat debt/Economy/Jobs
2): Military/ISIS/Defense/Terrorism/ Radical Islam
3): Environment
4): All other junk

It is important to realize that the environment and health go hand in hand. Global Warming plays an important role in disease transfer. Fossil Fuel Emissions tend to affect the food we eat such as mercury fish and our lungs. Sustainable Organic like farming correlates to the Environment. Thus, healthcare is the least of problems if you have a good environment.

1):

We do know that Trump will help the Economy. Particularly businesses as they will enjoy a 15% tax from the 35% reg. tax. Regular Middle Class people will not benefit in terms of taxes. Businesses will enjoy the deregulation. However it is questionable whether a lack of regulation will lead to a Bailout as he wants to remove Dodd-Frank. Also, environmental deregulation would be damaging. He is going to bring jobs back from China which will be the biggest advantage to the Economy. If he fails to bring jobs back and tax companies that leave, he would have accomplished little for the economy. For instance, if businesses enjoy the tax breaks and still manufacture in China would be catastrophic on the Economy and Government Revenue and may potentially increase Nat. Debt. I think he is slashing the tax rate on businesses so he can create an incentive for businesses to move back to U.S. Thus, it appears slashing business tax is fair. However, it is unfair that he not slashing middle class tax as vigorously.

Image result for china factory worker graph

*Note: According to this Graph: Factories are not necessary closing >50% because if that was a case, the blue line would be dropping. What is more accurate would be to say that out Factories are not Declining as much as Stagnation. Stagnation is what is happening and new factories are built in China instead. It is not economical in many cases to Close a $5 Billion Dollar plant and build a New $1 Billion Dollar Plant in China. It is more economical,  to keep the 5 Billion Dollar Plant open and build more in China instead of U.S However, if it is a small $500 million plant, it might be more economical to close it down.

2): Military/Defense. He will be a good Defense leader and stop ISIS. He is not politically correct and will mention "Radical Islam". He also will make wars less expensive.

Image result for mountain top removal
Coal Mining (Mountain Top Removal in Kentucky)

3): Environment: This is the worst thing that will happen. Obama's plans did benefit the Environment Greatly. He did a fantastic job on helping the Environment. For instance, the Ocean Reserve twice the size of Texas was a major Biodiversity +. He also believes in Climate Change and appears to help Renewable Energy with Subsidies.

Trump will harm the environment. His appointment of a person who does not believe in Climate Change to the EPA is counter-intuitive and stupid.

Trump appears to favor Natural Gas over Nuclear. Although, he should benefit Nuclear Energy to some extent. Nuclear Energy is one of the Cleanest Forms and should be embraced.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT ?

Well. Quite Frankly, we do nothing about it. At least I wrote like 50 environmental posts on this blog to compensate for my CO2 emissions. But most people who know about Climate Change and all sorts of Environmental Issues make a mistake.

Mistake 1:

Companies have billions of dollars and use it to gain political advantage. Protesting or Petitioning will rarely make a significant impact. Corporations can just lobby their agenda and win. Unless there is a major accident such as lead killing hundreds of people or 2ft of coal sludge or a hundred million gallon oil spill, they will win.

The only thing you can do is refuse to buy their products. That IS THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO. If you are serious about climate change, spend $ 1000 on solar panels each year and in 13 years, you will have your house not dependent on Fossil Fuel energy. Or if you live in a State that has 50% clean energy such as NJ which 50% of electricity is from Nuclear Plants, the extra 5000 dollars in an electric car might be worth it. You may drastically reduce your Co2 emissions. The key is that Environmental Success starts from the bottom to the top. Regular People to Government. Not the other way around.

Why Trump Won.

Image result for trump train meme

Trump won because Clinton Failed. Fair and Simple. No Whining PLS.

Image result for electoral map ny times

This shows the Predicted Electoral Map. With Clinton winning as predicted by idiots.

The mistake was that Clinton lost Iowa, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin.
She thought she would win and here was her mistake. She underestimated the power of Rural Voters. For example, this shows the Pennsylvania electoral map. Trump beat Clinton 2.9 million vs 2.85 million votes. Yet Trump won like 90% of the land excluding a few small blue chunks. Hence, you can infer that the blue regions must be heavily populated with cities. We can see quite clearly that Clinton won in the (blue) cities/suburbs region but lost terribly in all the rural counties.

The reason: Clinton failed to connect with blue collar workers. They realized that manufacturing, trade, mining, fracking, steel,  would not be fixed by Clinton. She supported the TTIP calling it the Gold Standard. Why ? Because every single big corporation likes outsourcing jobs and globalizing and she is the Hack-Job for Corporations. She even said that she has a "public and private position".

Trump wants to bring jobs back. Thus, all rural voters went to Trump. Hence, all the red areas below. He also supports the 2nd amendment and rural people like that. Also, rural people are not as politically correct as City people and like Trump's outsider and "tell it like you see it attitude". Also, rural people probably can't deal with the corruption and media bias. Furthermore, city people are dependent on Democrats. For instance, the slummy communities in cities all vote democrat. Why? Because they are probably communists and want free stuff like medicaid, welfare.  This is why city/densely populated regions went to her and rural regions (90% of Pennsylvania) went to Trump.

Conclusion: Democrats will Fail again and again unless they connect with regular people in greater numbers. They need to get the whites without college degree (blue collar workers) which went to Trump like Candy. They need to get people with College Degrees at greater numbers by addressing outsourcing. Also, Trump needs to learn to respect the environment because he is not helping anyone with his bias against clean energy and conservation. Probably because business people exploit things, coal, oil, labor, robots, free markets, lobbyists and the environment is just one of those categories.
