Reforms

The environment is very, very important. However, it is crucial that we fix our economy first. Otherwise, how are we going to get the money to invest in nuclear energy research, build billion dollar power plants, create a biofuel infrastructure. Here is my policy, plan:

Economic Reforms:

*  Create outsourcing tariff at a 30% surcharge.
*  Shut down all tax havens.
*  Companies who outsource will pay an additional 20% "patriot" tax.
* Cut billion dollar donations to other countries. If you are so concerned at "improving the welfare of impoverished countries" throwing them wads of cash isn't the answer. Spend 10 million on an economic policy plan which they could follow to fix their economy.
*Stop borrowing money from other countries. The money to replace borrowing will come from the Patriot tax and outsourcing tax.
*Start Paying off Nat Debt.
* Offer incentives and advantages to small businesses.
*Increase Bank Regulation. We do not want to be creating a $ 700 Billion bailout package again.
*Create a gov't agency full of mathematicians, scientists, and economists. Give them cutting edge problems and have them figure out solutions. Have them create innovation.
*Once Nat. Dept is payed off, Increase interests rates so that other people and I can get higher CD rates. This can benefit people who dump a fraction of their salary a year for CD's so that they can live off of it when they retire.

Environmental Reforms:

* When the Price of Oil is low, tax it to regular price. The earned money will pay our Nat. Debt and help biofuel growth.
*Create a "Bake Off" on who can create a $$ billion biofuel infrastructure for the cheapest.
*Give incentives and tax cuts to renewable energy companies: (Nuclear is included)
* Clean Coal tech should replace regular coal. Reg. Coal must be phased out. Once Biofuel is in place and other Renewables+Nuclear, Clean Coal will be Phased out,
*GMO labeling enforced. GMO's are surcharged 40%.
*High Rise Building is encouraged. Zoning height laws are removed. The incentive is to build high and not out to reduce deforestation.

Infrastructure Reforms:

* Electromagnetic Trains are gov't sponsored. This should reduce commuting time significantly. Japan has hundreds, we have a few.
*Repair Bridges/Roads.
*Have a science dept. to investigate bridge failure and more efficient construction and engineering techniques;

Health/Social Reforms:

*Obama Care--- Booted!! "Get Out"
*Everyone gets 2 free medical checkups a year and free vaccinations.
*You get a free nutritionist checkup/ 2 months.
*People who eat junk are excluded from medical benefits until they stop.
*Organic, Omega 3s, Super Foods ....  are encouraged and people are educated about them.
* Health issues from unhealthy eating are not covered.

*In exchange for Welfare/gov't assistance, you must pay it back. For example, you must perform 30 hours a week of work for the government. For example, you might be in road construction. stripping lead paint,......You will receive training in a respective trade and use your skills to benefit the community.

Note: The "Paying It Back Act" (above) is similar to the Mitah system of the Incas. In this system, their was 100% employment because everyone was working according to their skills and abilities. This was very significant in helping them be a extremely productive nation. Unfortunately, Indigenous peoples such as the Kalahari Bushmen, Native Americans... receive little credit for their social  achievements. (Indigenous peoples day is October 10 for 2016).

Political Reforms:

*People who lose their security clearance cannot run for president. hmmmm I wonder who that would be.
*Big gov't agencies are run by scientists. In order to receive acceptance into something like the USDA, EPA, FDA, you must take an a subject test for that field. You should have a masters or phd degree in that subject also. Scientists are accepted only. Please read heading of the blog.
