Lets analyze the graphs. It seems that we have fairly low percentages of Renewables; Solar 0.31, Wind 1.64, Hydro 2.63; this represents U.S electricity sources. It seems like we are in a dilemma where it would be hard to achieve amazing rates of 100% renewable; the scale up would be like I don't know, about 12 times (8% x 12= about 100%). To make matters worse, the graph on the right shows our energy consumption triple by around 2080 (500ej to 1500ej). Meaning that the scale up would be some 36x (12 tripled) or 3600% scale up for Renewables to supply all power. Now, let us examine the Presidential promises of clean power and the world's views, claims such as 100% renewable and 0% Nuclear. I wonder whether if they are just- too good to be true.
Hillary's Promise: Hillary often claims she is pro clean energy and then behind your back she partners with the Fossil Fuel Companies. I wouldn't believe anything she says.
Trump's Promise: Fossil Fuels rock and Global Warming is a myth. He is worse than Clinton on Clean Energy but at least he supports Nuclear Power.
Bernie's Promise: He seems to be more honest than Clinton. However, his endorsement of Hillary in my opinion shows he is a political hack. He has no future political career, he is "like" 80 years old. Thus, he can afford to be honest and break away from the status quo by not supporting Clinton would not make any difference.
Paris Climate Agreement: All talk no Action. You want clean energy, tax chinese Products until they go clean energy.
Why France? Why do you want to phase out nuclear to 50%? Look at the graphs, the data!
Don't phase it out.
